A circulating pump, with ornate brass spigot, empties water into a circular cup that refills the reservoir. Object has the original paint. Size: (platform) L-8 x W-4 inches. History of Object: Childhood toy of Adolph J. Kelm, resident of Alameda for many years. Born-Sept. 10, 1891, died-April 29, 1985. Foreman Pacific Telephone Company.
