History:
Deeds, Bill of Sale, Certificate of Title, etc. concerning 2121 Alameda Avenue. This early residence from the twenty-three hundred block of Santa Clara Avenue was built in 1902 for the Menu family. Included are deeds to the property on Alameda Avenue, dated 1907, including the Bill of Sale of the house which was 2320 Santa Clara Avenue and subsequently moved in 1902 to 2121 Alameda Avenue.
