Description: Presentation folders with cover of thick faux-leather embossed paper, binding documents together with brads. A-C: Blue, A with imprinted labeling picked out in gold, D is olive-green and has a tissue paper letter stapled on front, and has a glued-on label.

History of Object: Presentation folders prepared by Belle Lisle, Real Estate Broker, residence in San Francisco, office 1537 Lincoln Ave, promoting Alameda sites for a Pacific Coast military base. Folders include details about the location, about Alameda transportation, climate, and maps, and A-C include a flyer for the Port of Oakland.
A: August 21, 1934: promoting Bay Farm Island (including the golf course)
B: November 17, 1934: promoting Alameda Airport.
