History of Object: Folder with documents found in the attic of City Hall in the 1990s. This folder pertains to the dredging and filling in the beach at Neptune Beach. Includes (undated) map of Property of The Surf Beach Amusement Co. (attached to #96-1), petitions of protest requiring a bulkhead, permit application from the Alameda Park Company, with signature by R.C. Strehlow and contractor V. H. Carter; concern about escaped material and resulting dredger holes; 1925 permit request on Neptune Beach, Alameda Park Co. stationery, with blueprint of property, and bond on dredging contract.
