History:
Real estate flyer for the public auction of 36 lots in Alameda offered by William J. Dingee, to be held June 10, 1893 of property on Weber and Caroline Streets, Kings Avenue (now known as San Antonio), Louisa Street (now known as Fair Oaks) and Central Avenue.
Entire collection given to the Alameda Historical Society prior to 1971 and never catalogued. At present, housed in looseleaf binder with hard cover of imitation blackcolored leather in individual plastic sleeves.
