History of Object: Pseudo Craftsman style cabinet from the Mr. & Mrs. Arthur Heche home, 1521 Union St., Alameda. Mr. Heche was a longtime principal of Washington School, his wife Carol was a teacher for the Alameda Unified School District, and granddaughter of W. W. Chipman, co-founder City of Alameda.
