The blue forms may be a carbon copy, with the additional information showing up in blue. Size: style A: L 6” x W 3 1/2"; style B: L 8 1/2” x W 5 1/2”. History of Object: Bills or copies for the Fitch family at 1808 Lafayette Street, from Duncan M. Bayne, Grocer.
