Description:
Mug, with cast design, fabricated from sewer pipe clay. Embossed and raised design consists of acorns and leaves with handle and background in a tree bark pattern. Mug has a semi-gloss dark brown glaze on the exterior.
Size: L - 6 inches.
History of Object: Mug made by the workers during their spare time at Clark's Pottery, Pacific Ave., West end, Alameda. The materials of the mug are similar to the flue pipes or chimney liners manufactured at Clark's Pottery.
