No. 81.267.16 Subject Category: Businesses, Dairy Date or Period: Circa 1920 Object: Bottle, cream Description: Cream bottle, raised lettering in circular like label stating "Western Dairy, 1414 Park St., Alameda, Cal", and outside of the circle "pt". The bottle has a protruding lip with recessed ledge for supporting paper top. Size: 3½" tall, and base 2¼" across. History of Object: Bottle found in old dump near Bay Farm Island Bridge. The glass has a cloudy film from being exposed to salt water. Excavated by donors. Acquired from: Weigel family Date: Aug 25, 1981
