Annual report of Clifton E. Hickok, City Manager Report 1923-24. Included in the report are several interesting photographs, including West End Fire House, Office of Electrical Light Plant at Santa Clara and Everett, Kite Day at McKinley Park, old and new tennis court at Lincoln Park.
