A hand painted insignia on the front of the helmet has a triangular shaped emblem with the letters ADEFS on a circular shaped blue colored background and caption "Fire Alameda". Interior of bill of helmet has hand painted inscription Merle Wilson and the number 78. Size: L 15 x W 12 inches.
