One-page oblong-shaped flyer with bold-printed caption, “Alameda” in black-colored type on an off-white colored background. Flyer in poor condition and now in 2 sections.

History:
Real estate flyer advertising the auction sale of property including commercial improvements at the Northeast corner of Park Street and Lincoln Avenue.
Entire collection given to the Alameda Historical Society prior to 1971 and never catalogued. At present, housed in looseleaf binder with hard cover of imitation blackcolored leather in individual plastic sleeves.
