Bonnet made of ecru colored lawn with crown and double ruffle of embroidery and open work. Bonnet secured under chin with self ties.
History of Object:
Bonnet that belonged to Miss Ida Kelsey, sister-in-law of the Park St. Paint dealer Eli B. Dunning. She lived with her Brother-in-law at his home, 2619 Santa Clara Ave., which he had built in 1891 and was the neighbor and longtime friend of Wm. & Adeline T. Cox. Upon her death The Cox's inherited some of her personal effects.
