The identities of individual family members has been written on paper by Jeannette Meyers and attached to the wooden backing. Mr. and Mrs. May were the parents of Bertha S. Meyers and maternal grandparents of the Meyers sisters. In later life, grandmother Sophia May lived at the family residence at 2021 Alameda Avenue, Alameda.
