Has a sticker stating 'Alameda Collection' and a crossed-through bar code from the Alameda Free Library. Fly leaf shows printed by Allied Printers, stamped over in red with 'Withdrawn'.

History of Object: Copy of the City Charter as adopted January 9, 1917, Amended March 8, 1927, November 4, 1930, and June 27, 1933, published 1933. This was a superfluous copy from the Alameda Free Library Alameda Collection.
