Includes news clippings related to cost of Hetch Hetchy water, and Marshall water/reclamation plan; includes a map of the San Joaquin/Sacramento Valley water canals. Also includes 4 issues of Bubbler, the quarterly booklet, which include a report from the Alameda Division by Geo. A. McKean. The August, 1920 edition (No. 6) is a special on Alameda, with a report by Charles E. Hewes, City Manager.
