Description:
2024.72.1A is a glass plate negative, showing the entrance to the Eagles' Hall, with a large crowd in front. There is scaffolding on the visible building elevations and the front is decorated with flags and bunting. Members of a marching band are among the crowd. The negative has worn spots along the left side.
2024.72.1B is a glass plate negative, showing the entrance to the Eagles' Hall, with a large crowd in front. There is scaffolding on the visible building elevations and the front is decorated with flags and bunting. Members of a marching band are among the crowd. The negative has a great deal of wear along the left side and in the upper left corner.
2024.72.1C is a glass plate negative, showing a parade on Park St. It was taken at the intersection of Bank St. looking north toward Lincoln Ave. The parade appears to be traveling north on the east side of Park St., turning around before Lincoln Ave. and traveling south on the west side of the street. This could be to avoid train traffic on Lincoln Ave. The negative has a some wear along the edges.
2024.72.1D is a glass plate negative, showing a parade on Park St. It is similar to 2024.72.1C, taken from the same location but shows the parade at a different time. The negative has a some wear along the left edge and a good size piece has broken of the upper left hand corner and is missing.
2024.72.1E is a glass plate negative, showing a parade on Park St. It is similar to 2024.72.1C and 2024.72.1D, taken from the same location but shows the parade at a different time. The negative has minimal wear and is in the best condition of the five.

History of Object:
The negatives may have been taken at the parade and dedication ceremony for the Eagles' Hall. The building is located at 2305 Alameda Ave.
