Edward Fowler He was a lifelong resident of Alameda. He served in the US Navy during WWII, and was present at Pearl Harbor when it was bombed. Photograph dated 1943. He is wearing his Navy Uniform, including 'Dixie Cup' cap and scarf. This photo in on permanent display in the exhibit on early Alameda women photographers, Misses Spencer and Stolte (Mabel Spencer and Wanda Stolte).
