History of Object: Appraisal Report of the LinOaks Motel property, corner Oak and Lincoln. This was one of the options for the new Main Library, and the one ultimately chosen. The other option was the Carnegie Library. The report includes a historical review as well as financial assessment, and property descriptions. Report was part of the Public Works department files, but de-filed.
