Description: Black/white rotogravure from a magazine reproduction of a photograph, mounted on black paperboard. Typed description label is affixed to the bottom margin of the mounting. Pin holes are in all corners. Glue stains are penetrating the gravure.

History of Object: Magazine portrait of Frank Otis, Councilman from April 17, 1917 to April 17, 1919. He served as Mayor of Alameda from 1919 to 1929. An attorney, he resided at 1609 Santa Clara Ave., according to the 1912 Alameda City Directory.
