Title: 'Diagram Showing Frontages to be Assessed for Sewer on Central Avenue / Bet. Oak & Walnut Streets / Alameda / by order of the Board of Town Trustees / Nov. 18, 1879. Signed I.N. Chapman, Town Surveyor & C.E. At top is hand-written in black ink: 'This diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Alameda at a regular meeting of said Board held November 25, 1879. John Ellsworth, clerk of said Board.' Has original filing tag from city hall attached.
