Photographer: Nast, Alameda (per imprint on mounting). The image has some spotting and foxing, mostly at the upper left corner. Brownish glue stains and a white label residue are along the bottom margin. Size: L-5 1/4 x W-8 1/2 in. History of Object: A view of the Encinal Park Tract, a site near the Chipman-Dwinelle estate. The donor is Chipman's granddaughter. Acquired from: Mrs. Arthur Heche (1958). Date: 12/6/97 Pre-1971 donation, uncataloged.
