Appears to be a modern copy made from a glass negative. Size: L-5 x W-7 inches. History of Object: Photograph depicting the exterior of the Abel Thornton residence located in the 1500 block of High St. between Santa Clara and Lincoln Avenues. The house, now demolished, was moved to sight photograph on High St. in 1890, from its original location on Liberty Ave. Thornton, a pioneer farmer of the East end, was the father of Mary Frances Linderman.
