Photographer: Alfred Greene, per embossment onto the lower right mounting margin. The mounting has the following damage: top margin has been cropped off, a typed description label is glued to the bottom margin, misc. stains and scuffing. Also, the image has ink numerals whitened out. Size: L-9 3/4 x W-13 1/4 in. History of Object: Alameda's first police patrol car/ambulance: a Pope-Hartford combo ambulance/patrol wagon, parked in front of the City Hall. Police officers are identified on verso.
