Description: Glossy lt. sepia-toned black/white photo, mounted on dark grey paperboard. Photographer unknown. A typed description label is affixed to the bottom margin of the mounting. There is some minor scuffing damage to the image near the left center edge.

History of Object: Members of Alameda's Halcyon Parlor #146, N.S.G.W., preparing to parade in Oakland on Sept. 9, 1910. The men are clad in white suits and straw hats. Especially noteworthy is the presence of a stuffed Teddy Bear mounted atop the lodge's banner, as a mascot.
