Description: Sepia-toned albumen print photo mounted on tan paperboard. Photographer: Shilling, S.F. (as imprinted on the mounting). The mounting has nail holes, an old green cataloging label glued to its upper left corner, a white sheet of paper with identifying information glued along its upper margin, and a broken corner point on its lower left. The image is damaged by identifying numbers written upon it in black ink, spotting, and part of the old green cataloging label attached to its upper left corner.
Size: L-6 x W–9 in.
History of Object: A class of 1889, Porter School. The grade is unknown, but the class members are identified, and the teacher was Miss A. Cohen.
