History of Object: Photo of Charles E. Flood, born San Francisco Feb. 2, 1909, brought to Alameda at the age of two. Lived his entire life in the family home at 2941 Lincoln Avenue. Mr. Flood was employed for many years as a freight agent, Traffic Dept., Southern Pacific Co., S.F. The photo, taken in 1923, depicts Mr. Flood, as a young man, standing by the children's wading pool, Neptune
