History of Object: John D. Ludwig standing in front of his pigeon farm cages, located at the Northeast corner of Wood street and Lincoln Avenue. Mr. Ludwig kept some 3000 pigeons on hand for many years. His home was built in 1904 out of material from the old Congregational Church.
