History of Object: View of the Pacific Avenue House, a tavern owned by Conrad Riegelhuth, Sr., who is standing in front of the building with a small child. A woman looking out of a second floor window may be his spouse. This beer garden was located on Pacific Avenue, near Kellogg (now 3rd St.). (See attached notes for further details.)
