Description: Black/white photo mounted on dark grey paperboard. Photographer: Comfort, 1351 Park St., Alameda (per white imprinting on the lower right corner of the mounting). The mounting has nail holes in all corners, and a white typed description label glued below the image. The image suffers from considerable foxing.
Size: L-8 3/4 x W-6 1/2 in.
History of Object: Head and chest portrait of Edwin Bray Thousig, a noted oarsman of the Alameda Boat Club. In 1912 he was residing at 2050 Lincoln Ave. (per the Alameda City Directory).
