History of Object: View of the Wigwam building, used as a dance hall and convention center (later as a pugilistic training center), built by Sen. James G. Fair of Nevada as a traffic incentive for usage of his Pacific Coast railroad. Building later was part of Neptune Beach area known as Croll's Gardens. Interesting sign on fence advertises "Mrs. E. Young, Aura Seeress".
