Dime-sized segment of image missing from left margin; scotch tape applied over missing area onto the image. Size: L-6 x W-8 in. History of Object: View of the Wigwam building, used as a dance hall and convention center (later as a pugilistic training center), built by Sen. James G. Fair of Nevada as a traffic incentive for usage of his Pacific Coast railroad. Building later was part of Neptune Beach area known as Croll's Gardens. Interesting sign on fence advertises "Mrs. E.
