Description: 9 somewhat faded color photographs of a mowed field with sparse trees, with buildings in the backgrounds, mounted on a piece of yellowed poster paper with a red border.
Size: each photo: L 7 x W 5 inches. Backing: L 24 x W 18 inches.
History of Object: 9 views of the Alameda Golf course, some showing a pole with flag to identify the hole. 1 photo appears to show hangars of the nearby Oakland airport, others show what appears to be clubhouse buildings or office or apartment buildings. There do not appear to be any bunkers or water features, nor much elevation variation.
Found, uncataloged, without donor documentation, among cataloged photo assemblages in the museum photo collection storage area, presumably awaiting processing.
