History of Object: Scenes from the grand opening of the Golden Cow Creamery, located at 1500 Webster Street, Alameda (the later site of Tillies Restaurant). Photo (A) is an exterior view of the creamery at the corner of Santa Clara Avenue and Webster Street. Photos (B-C) show interior shots of the creamery and of partners Richard and Mary Aranis and Ben Ritcher. All of these scenes are from the grand opening on Feb.15, 1951.
