Description: Three glossy black/white photos, unmounted. Photographer: Dan Morehouse of the Alameda Photographic Society (per label on versos). All images suffer from emulsion discoloration, vertical full-length creasing, chipping and/or minor tears along their edges. Images #a and #c have a typed white description label glued to their bottom edge.
Size: L-8 x W-10 in.
History of Object: Three views of the Southern Pacific Railroad station located at Park Street and Lincoln Avenue, Alameda, built in 1887. Image #c pictures the freight warehouse section, image #b shows the entrance to the freight office, and image #a shows the entire freight office section. Put together, the three form a panoramic image of the entire building.
