Frame has a hinged bridge. On the bridge: 'AN6530', no other brand markings observed. In original box, stating: FRAME: FLYING GOGGLE Specification AN-GG-E-626 Drg. No. 33D5020 Type AN6530 Contract No. NXs-321 Manufactured by The Chas. Fischer Spring Co. Brooklyn, N. Y. Size: goggles: L 6 1/2; box: L 7 x W 3 1/2 x D 3 inches. History of Object: Goggles worn by Burr H. Winslow, Alameda resident and aviation pioneer, during mail runs from Salt Lake City to San Francisco between 1926 and 1930. Winslow lived at 135 Maitland Dr., AIameda, Calif. 94501. He was born June-15, 1891, and died March 7, 1978.
