Size: L 5 1/2 x W 3 1/2 inches History of Object: A post card of the exterior of the former Adelphian Club building, 2167 Central Ave., of when it was in use as a Hospitality House for service men stationed in Alameda. The building was created for the Adelphian Club, in 1918, and was used as a hospital during the Spanish Flu, and apparently as a Hospitality House during WWII. It closed as a Club House in 2002.
