History of Object: A view of 2017 Central Avenue, the headquarters of the Alameda Chapter of the American Red Cross. It is a colonial revival style structure built in 1902 by Delanoy & Randlette; Cunningham & Politeo were the architects. The original owner was Charles C. Gardner. The Red Cross sold this building circa 2010.
