Description: 2 strips of 4 negatives each, one strip having a sticker with S 06052 on it. Numbers on the negatives are 5 through 8 (first strip) and 9 through 12 (second strip). The negatives were given in their original blue envelope.
Size: Envelope: L 6 3/4 x W 2 3/4 inches, strip 5-8: L 5 x W 1 1/4 inches, strip 9-12: L 6 x W 1 1/4 inches.
History of Object: Photo negatives of the Fire resulting from a Navy Corsair A-7E Jet crashing into the multi-story Tahoe Apartments Building at 1814 Central Ave, at 8:13 p.m. on February 7, 1973. The donor was 13 and snapped the photos with his Kodak Instamatic. For transposed images see 25.33.2.
