譲り申田地之事 yuzuri mousu denti no koto

Kokudaka: 1 koku 5 to, Aza (subdivision of the village): Iwagamae (?) and Jūnininmae
右之田地私未?之内銀百三拾目?助?ノ頼母子壱年ニ四斗宛当暮ゟ末拾六年御掛ケ被下候筈ニ相究譲り渡シ申処実正明白也
It is true and clear that I will transfer the above rice fields with the agreement that you pay tanomoshi of 4 to (of rice) per year for 16 years from this year end …
[This part also says something about “130 momme of silver”, but I can’t get the whole picture of the contract.]
然上ハ来ル八月ヨリ其方高ニ入御作配可被成候
Therefore please include them in your kokudaka and manage them from the next 8th month.
自然此田地ニ付六ケ敷儀出来候ハヽ加判之者埒明可申候
If a difficult problem arises about these rice fields, those who have put their seals will settle it.
為後日之譲り証文仍如件
