As we are sending four retainers under Matsudaira Daizen-Daibu [Mōri Takachika, daimyo of Chōshū], including one with shihōbin [=sōhatsu, hairstyle], from Edo to Natgato, you are ordered to let them pass the inspection at the sekisho without fail.
