Description

Letterpress. Pale wooden case in the shape of a book, with one half being the covers and the second being the spine, which has a fabric lining at the back. Opening it by puling out the spine is a set of unbound leaves, wrapped in black gauze. Text and illustration in black. printing information on the last page. First page is a laser cut design showing parts of the title page. Edges of the pages are rough.

Colophon - Letterpress printed on reclaimed Somerset velvet Radiant white 255 gsm paper with a Vandercook T4 proofing press, digitally typeset using typefaces from P22 Type Foundry. Wooden cases were etched and pack panel seats cut at AS 220 Labs in Providence, RI. Written in Baltimore, MD in 2010. Designed, etched, printed, assembled by Fritton in November 2012.
