Bound in bright blue cloth with elaborate pictorial gilt stamped spine. Front and rear boards blind stamped in a Reid series uniform binding. Tissue guarded engraved frontis. Yellow endpapers. Series binding was published in the 1850's. This same binding issued in the 1860's.
