Bound in bright blue cloth with elaborate pictorial gilt stamped spine. Front and rear boards blind stamped in a Reid series uniform binding. Tissue guarded engraved frontis. Yellow endpapers. This series binding was published in the 1850's. Same binding issued in the 1860's.
