Bound in dark green cloth with Art Nouveau signed binding by Armstrong stamped in a pale green, gilt and white flower and vine design surrounding the central oval title in gilt. Gilt titles and similar motif nouveau design to spine. Top edge gilt. One of the more desired Margaret Armstrong books, since she provided not only the cover design but also the margin decorations for each page.
Binding variously issued in dark green cloth with gold lettering, white cloth with gold lettering, and pale green cloth with silver lettering. Cf. Gullans & Espey.
