Bound in garden green vertical ribbed cloth with a repeating pattern of leaf and lily pad to spine, front, and rear covers created by blind stamping. Gilt stamped titles to spine and cover. Top edge gilt. A contemporary, early twentieth century use of blindstamping, which was so heavily used in the 1840's to 1860's. One of the uniform bindings in the series The Works of Maurice Maeterlinck.
