Very possibly a Neostyle Rotary Stencil Duplicating Machine, Model 8 or Model 7. Lacks the wooden base which would have the manufacturer's plates and patent number on it, but the arrangement of the sides, gears, handle, and general form are almost identical.

Use
Mimeographs create copies by forcing ink through stencils onto paper. Good for small quantities of runs, used in offices, classrooms, for zines and bulletins.
