Description

One double-sided glass panel of a collection of 9 gilded and decorated glass panels. All are double-sided except for one single-faced gilded panel (originally glued on inside back cover). They were created by George C. Brooke, Portland, OR, around1870. The set was acquired with its binding broken, so each was mounted in a wooden frame and installed, in page order, on a display case via a spindle system so "pages" of album could be turned. Original album is also on display.
