Description

Manufactured by the McSavaney Company of Springfield, OH, this “punch-out” sign is from around 1925 and internally illuminated with incandescent lightbulbs. Louvered “holes” are punched into the sheet metal and bent inward to allow light to filter through and illuminate the letters and borders. The background is glass smalts as is typical of McSavaney signs.
