Description

Rawson & Evans "Business Producing Sign" changeable glass letter kit containing letters, numbers, punctuation, etc. Box for displaying letters is missing. Changeable letters from a Rawson & Evans "businness producing sign" display.  The sign frame is missing and was illuminated to make the message more. readable.  Chicago-based Rawson & Evans were known. for its "chipped glass signs," beginning in the mid 1880's and continuing into the next century.  Three of their signs are featured in the museum's "Goldleaf and Glass Tenchinques" area.
