Description

The sign stood at 1860 Copley Rd in Copley, OH as the iconic advertisement for Charlies Ribs & Chicken. The restaurant was founded by Bob Kalos as Bunny Drive-In in 1961, honoring his wife Delores whose nickname was "Bunny." Because Kalos developed a reputation for his ribs, he renamed the business, "Charlie's Ribs & Chicken" in 1988 in honor of his son, Charlie. The restaurant closed in 2016, but the sign remained until 2019. It was removed by Copley Township and purchased by the museum in 2020.
